Refund Policy - Whole Lot of Art

We at Whole Lot of Art want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that personalized and custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

To initiate a return, please email us at chris202lee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at chris202lee@gmail.com and we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
